About Profile

I am Mary Theresa Mudalair basically a Tamilian but settled in vizag. In my 22 yrs experience I have been working as ESL teacher, EFL Trainer, process trainer, Assistant professor, Centre Operation Manager and Communicative English& Soft skill Trainer for Frank Finn Air Hostess Training Institute. I have also worked with Ministry of Maldives as ESL teacher and Hospitality teacher. I was with Biocon as Communicative English & Soft skill Trainer
As I have done my M.sc Psychology in all my roles I was a Motivational Counsellor for the students as well as adults.
I have done my M. A Eng, M. A soc and M.sc psychology and ESL training course. To upgrade my teaching ability, I have also done my Diploma in TEFL/TESOL program with specialization in Educational Administration and Management.

I love travelling, and doing art and crafts. I love myself so I always keep myself fit by doing exercise and do not eat junk foods.
I am an optimistic person as I love to change my failures into success.
Teaching and Training is my passion as I believe this is the only profession where we get chance to mould hearts and minds.
